RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and Maintain Customer RelationshipsBuild strong client relationships to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business, enhancing satisfaction and retention while identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Conduct Policy ReviewsRegularly assess clients' coverage needs by analyzing current policies, identifying gaps, and providing tailored recommendations to ensure alignment with their goals.
  • Resolve Complex Customer IssuesAddress complex issues such as claims disputes and policy changes by coordinating with departments, advocating for clients, and ensuring prompt resolution to maintain trust and satisfaction.
  • Recommend and Sell Insurance ProductsUse in-depth product knowledge to recommend and explain policies to both cold and warm leads, adapting sales approaches based on client familiarity with offerings.
QUALIFICATIONS

Compensation $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
