  • Answer Customer Inquiries Respond to customer questions and provide policy information.
  • Assist with Policy Changes Help clients make updates and changes to their insurance policies.
  • Process Insurance Claims Handle claims processing and follow up with clients on status.
  • Maintain Accurate Records Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Self-Sufficient Demonstrates the ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems without constant supervision.
  • Organizational Skills Maintains structured processes and systems to manage workload, track progress, and ensure accuracy in all tasks.

Compensation $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
